◆ BalletMet

In two weeks, BalletMet will present its upcoming Asian Voices program at Davidson Theatre featuring ballets by Asian choreographers Yue Yin, Ma Cong, and Edwaard Liang.

“We are so excited to amplify the incredible creativity of these artists, and I think it will be a moving production for anyone who attends,” said Liang, the company’s Artistic Director.

Yin’s abstract Timeless Tide is set to Michel Banabila’s commissioned score and will see its premiere in front of an audience.

Richmond Ballet’s Associate Artistic Director, Ma Cong, will present the Columbus premiere of his Flight of Fancy, and Liang’s (who also serves as Washington Ballet’s Artistic Director) Seasons set to Vivaldi’s famous music will return for the first time since its 2022 premiere.
