Six months after the announcement that the company would be back on worldwide stages once more, the London City Ballet inaugural season dancers and tour dates have been announced.
The tour comprises familiar, much loved venues in the UK that played an important role in the former company’s history, but also encompasses new and extensive touring in America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Joining Marney on the artistic and leadership team are Sean Flanagan as General Manager, Kate Lyons as Rehearsal Director, Iain Mackay as a Rehearsal Director, Luke Abnett as Physiotherapist, Matthew Gregory as Company Pianist, and Andy Murrell as Lighting Designer.

In London at Sadler’s Wells, internationally celebrated ballerina Alina Cojocaru will join the company as a Guest Artist.

Fittingly titled “Resurgence”, the program includes Kenneth MacMillan’s Ballade, Ashly Page’s Larina Waltz, a new creation by Arielle Smith, and Marney’s Eve.
At tour venues in Portugal and China the pas de deux from Kenneth MacMillan’s Concerto will also be performed.
