Queensland Ballet Academy’s Foundation Program Addition Completes Training Path

Queensland Ballet Academy’s Foundation Program, part of the official school of Queensland Ballet, has finally created the link that completes the training path for young aspiring dancers.

The Brisbane based organization responded to community feedback by creating the newly implemented Level 10 of their Foundation Program for 6 to 8-year-olds. This afternoon program held at the state-of-the-art facilities will cater to providing a fun and educational after-school activity that can potentially foster the next generation of professional artists.

"I’m incredibly pleased that the introduction of Level 10 to our Foundation Program will see Queensland Ballet’s complete professional ballet training pathway fully realised. From a child’s first ever ballet class, to graduation as an employment-ready professional dancer, our outstanding teaching faculty will nurture and guide students across 12 levels within our world-class training organisation.

Tàtchev also expreses the hopes that Level 10 will encourage children – especially boys – to experience a world-class ballet education “in a dedicated, safe and nurturing environment”.
