Of note, Mbi’s world premiere commission – the program’s title piece – is set to music the choreographer composed himself. The Olivier Award-winning artist is the first Creative Associate of Scottish Ballet’s Next Generation Campaign, a program which endeavors to produce ten new works by early-mid career dance makers by 2028.
